BTL Transport – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BTL Transport courier services mobile application (“App”) and services. By creating an account or using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use our services.

​

2. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

​

3. Services

BTL Transport provides on-demand and scheduled courier and delivery services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service where prohibited by law.

​

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with the operation of the App or its networks.

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading delivery information.

6. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by BTL Transport or its licensors.

​

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTL Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTL Transport from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

​

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
